Approx 10 minute walk downhill to the seafront promenade and pier and a further 5 minutes into Mumbles. The bungalow is 2 minutes away from the coastal path. Beautiful scenery and lovely area. There is a dedicated parking space right next to the bungalow for guests to use during their stay. 2 bedroom, both with double beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels not provided, bed linen if required.

Penarth Sea front and its quaint town centre, with fabulous places to eat is a very pleasant walk away. Frequent trains run into Cardiff’s fabulous centre. Cardiff Bay - which has a cinema , an Ice rink, Olympic swimming pool, and exclusive bars and restaurants - is a short drive. The Shack - a renovated hundred year old chalet on a quiet lane close to Mumbles cricket club, 100 m away from the cliff top path that goes from Limeslade beach to Langland Bay. It is a lovely, beachy, quirky, coastal space that is perfect on the inside and work-in-progress on the outside!! A great base for Mumbles and The Gower. With a kingsize bed covered in base price we can also sleep two others - in the second bedroom -on a comfy pull-out daybed (an extra charge of £ 10 guest/night).

A 20 minutes walk to the village of Mumbles, quoted in 'The Times' Jan 2023 in Britains 22 poshest villages and renowned for its foodie scene and independent shops. Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

The Little Cottage, Blackweir Cottages

This stone built single story little cottage is set in a court yard that was part of the farm that supplied food for the Marquess of Bute at Cardiff Castle just half a mile away. This charming old cottage was probably an animal barn. A Perfect quiet location in the centre of the vibrant city. it has its own WIFI. Please note that it is NOT Blackweir Terrace (which is about 200 yards the other side of the road) but Google maps have overruled me! See directions after you book.
