Superb modern private suite in our villa in a quiet residential area close to bustling Denia & the beaches. Our guests love their large partially covered private terrace with amazing mountain views for outside dining, sunset drinks & relaxing in the sun or the shade. Finished to a high standard, with a king double bedroom & a separate sitting room. The luxurious bathroom has large walk-in shower & there is a fully equipped kitchen. As avid cyclists ourselves, our speciality is hosting cyclists.

Welkom bij Finca Malata, Adults-Only (21+) Ontdek éen van onze twee kamers, La Suite, een sfeervolle kamer voor een ontspannen verblijf. Geniet van een luxe kingsize bed, 180x200, een ruime badkamer met toilet en een privéterras met zithoek en ligbed. Het zwembad (5X10) en de grote tuin zijn gedeeld, maar dankzij diverse zithoekjes heb je altijd privacy. Via een poortje loop je direct het aangrenzende natuurgebied in. Op aanvraag serveren we ontbijt, lunch en tapas. Geen huisdieren.

Adorable prívate guest suite in shared house.

Enjoy having your own space with private access and a communal garden. This is a family home with a converted guest suite on the ground floor. We live upstairs with our baby and our dogs who roam freely and bark. You will have full access to the pool and bbq area at all times. 25 min drive to Valencia city centre. 5 min drive to supermarket and a range of restaurants. 10 min walk to a local bar. The gardens will be shared with our family and 2 friendly dogs.
