Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Il nostro bilocale si trova in una casa con giardino in posizione tranquilla e panoramica. Si gode di un'ottima vista su Saint Vincent e sulla valle centrale. Le terme di Saint Vincent sono a circa 200 metri, mentre il centro della cittadina è raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti a piedi. . Nelle vicinanze anche sentieri per escursioni immerse nella natura. Il bilocale si trova al piano terra, sotto un' altra unità in affitto. Nota: imposta di soggiorno da corrispondere in contanti al check-in

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.
