We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.

Our Victorian Green Queen was built in 1890. In 1920 the downstairs Arts and Crafts 1,000 square foot apartment was added. Enjoy complete privacy with self-check-in, your own entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, private laundry room, full kitchen and a lovely secluded courtyard. We have restored the entire flat, which features extensive woodwork, vintage light fixtures, and antique furniture, all providing you with a rich experience of staying in a historic setting deeply rooted in the past.

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Our cozy home is perfect for families and groups of friends. It is situated in a quiet and homey neighborhood. The house has a great location being only a 30 minute drive to Napa and a 45 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. You may also take a ferry to San Francisco which takes 1 hour. Supermarkets (Safeway), restaurants and other shopping establishments (Target, Costco, etc) are all within a 10-15 minute drive away. Starbucks and McDonald's are walking distance.

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
