Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Non è raro vedere scoiattoli in giardino. Monolocale completo di grande cucina completamente attrezzata. Tavolo frattino, tv schermo piatto da 43 pollici, camera matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale, libreria, bagno privato, riscaldamento a pavimento, opere d'arte contemmporanea alle pareti.
