If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Casa Mirabilis with heated pool near Pula

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, renovated 2024.old Istrian stone house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen on 2 floors. All areas are air-conditioned. Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.

Apartman u samom centru grada, svi sadržaji nadohvat ruke. Pogled iz dnevnog dijela i spavaćeih soba na pulsku katedralu i na more pulskog zaljeva. Objekt je klimatiziran sa tri unutarnje klima jedinice, kuhinja objekta nudi sve sadržaje koji su potrebni za življenje, a u dnevnom dijelu se nalazi TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima te kutna sofa. Objekt nudi dvije spavače sobe. Kupaona je opremljena walk in tuš kabinom i perilicom rublja. Prostrana terasa je posebna pogodnost stana.

The house accommodates four people and contains everything you need for a quality and peaceful vacation. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a glass of fine Istrian wine with a beautiful view. It’s also perfect for a family vacation to get away from the urban hustle and bustle.

U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Little and cozy onebedroom app of 30 m2 that feets for max 3 persons, situated in a quiet neighborhood 2 km from town centre and historycall monuments, near BBQ restaurant SMOKED and supermarket SPAR. Beaches are at about 4 km from our apartment. You can reach them by bus or by car. Kids friendly :)

All included in price! To beach only 2 min by walk, house is only for guest, aircondition,wifi, parking, barbecue.....To supermarket only 5 min by walk,to first restaurants only 5 min by walk.... we also have bicycle for you. Welcome our guest!
