In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

Villa Anna is a beautiful Villa located in the wonderful village of Krapets, near the Romanian border. The House stands solo within a very big spacious and colourful garden. The Garden has more then 1500 square meters and is equipped with lots of flowers and a big walnut tree. It has 3 bedrooms, which are newly decorated and have modern equipments in beds and space for clothes. The veranda has space for up to 8 people to enjoy a wonderful relaxed dinners and breakfast.

Vila OZZY este o vilă de tipul Adults Only, doar pentru adulti, cu 6 camere cu băi proprii. In curte se afla un foisor dotat cu gratar, plita aragaz, chiuveta si toate cele necesare unei bucatarii de vara. Vitrina frigorifica si 4 mese cu cate 4 scaune fiecare completeaza foisorul. La etaj se ajunge pe o scara exterioara unde se afla 6 camere cu bai private. 4 dintre camere au balcoane. Toate camerele dispun de aer condiționat și acces gratuit la WIFI.

Vila Scr , situată în Năvodari , intr-o zonă foarte liniștită .La doar 1 minut de Kaufland și 5 minute de mers cu masina până pe plajă . Vila este compusă din 4 dormitoare, fiecare având paturi matrimoniale , 1 living mare spațios cu o canapea extensibilă , bucătărie și 2 băi. Pe partea exterioară a vilei dispuneți de o terasă spațioasă ,loc de grătar. Vila face parte dintr-un duplex . Petrecerile nu sunt permise. Parties are not allowed.
