The historic McNeil House is located on State Street just one block from Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bluff. You won't find a better or more convenient location when visiting this beautiful city! We're offering smaller groups an opportunity to stay in our historic home by renting the main floor that sleeps up to five guests. The upstairs will not be rented during your stay, so you'll have the house to yourself but won't have access to the upstairs. Only available during the off season.

Our Cozy Coloma Cottage is an 8-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to Lake Michigan access at Hagar Park, with multiple other beaches and parks, including Warren Dunes, and Silver Beach nearby. Also within 30 minutes are dozens of wineries, microbreweries, golf courses and u-pick farms. Canoe and kayak rental for Paw Paw Lake and River are available in Coloma. Great restaurants in St. Joseph, Benton Harbor, South Haven and Coloma, are all less than 15 minutes away.

1200 sq ft ranch style house w 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Main bedroom has 1 queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has twin size bunk beds w twin size rollaway bed which enables a total of 5 guests. Appliances available for use are stackable washer/dryer, fridge, stove, over the range microwave, and dishwasher. Newer propane grill is available for use. *bunk bed will be difficult for older individuals due to lower bunk being low.
