Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. There are residents living in other apartments in the building, all friendly and quiet. The building is over 100 years old so it's not modern or fancy, just comfortable and affordable if that's what you're looking for.

Year round vintage lakefront home with 6 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. A cozy living room filled with vintage games, books, gas fireplace and movies! In the busy months only two cars allowed in driveway but additional parking is available. Not an issue Nov - Mar. Wood pellet smoker grill and bonfire pit with amazing lake view. Multiple beaches on the point. Please Note: The beach area in front of the house changes every season based on the weather and tide from the winters.
