It is on a private road, with pond, fruit orchard, and 1/4 mile walking trail on the property to the seasonal 100 foot waterfall lookout.

Let yourself unwind in the gorgeous coastal lands of Mendocino as you're tucked away in a spacious loft apartment made for relaxation. We’ve designed a large studio space with fluffy linens, handmade textiles, and natural touches to delight you. Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).

La Puerta del Mar

A masterful combination of disappearing glass and vast ocean expanse that blurs the line between indoor living and the outdoor terrace. Perched high above the confluence of the Navarro River and the Pacific Ocean sits La Puerta del Mar- 3 bedrooms (all king-size beds), 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, 1800+ square feet, high-speed internet access, sauna and hot tub. Fireplaces are decorative only due to insurance restrictions.

This is a place for you to disconnect and reconnect with the surroundings. To unplug and decompress from busy life. 5 miles from our town of Elk and a nice coastal drive to historic Mendocino. This beautiful 600 sq ft ocean view guest home is one min walk from Caspar trail 15 min walk to Lighthouse & Private Beach. Ocean views from Cal King bed. Gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, small kitchenette, mini refrigerator, gas grill, electric cooktop, microwave, Keurig & French press coffee. Ocean view from Jacuzzi. Additional $25 for EV - $25 a day per pet up to 2 pets. We have list for wine, flowers for your special occasion. No Stove.
