This fully stocked RV has 5 slide-outs that provides spacious living space for a big family or an adult's weekend trip. It is located on the back of 5 acres with a beautiful and clear view of the day/night sky while enjoying the quiet of country life. Then main bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. The other end of the RV has 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath, with extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size frig. The couch folds out into a full-size bed for extra sleeping room.

After a long day of shopping come and relax in this 32 ft RV located 3 miles from Trade Days. It is a private and separate unit, and can sleep 6 adults comfortably. Possibly more depending on your needs. Master in front and a bunk house in back. The bathroom separates the master from the main area. A full kitchen with the basics to prepare your food. Complimentary coffee, Wi-Fi and Smart TVs. There is an outside sitting area to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine, at the end of the day.

Sit on the deck with your coffee or tea overlooking a peaceful private lake. 15 minutes to Lake Fork if you fancy fishing on one of the premier bass lakes in Texas; 30 minutes to First Monday Trade Days in Canton; about two hours east of Dallas; 45 minutes north of Tyler. And you'll find quaint antique shops and good food in Mineola, just up the road.

This property is protected by Jesus and security cameras on property entrances. internet may not work during first monday as there are too many people in town. there are games in cabinet above table.
