The Lily Pad

Rustic cabin on Echo Lake with 60 ft. of beach, a dock for fishing and a swing for relaxing. Enjoy the sunrise, then enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with a screened in tiki bar equipped with refrigerator and gas grill on the water. Cabin has three bedrooms with queen beds, loft has a California king and a double bed. Loft also has a computer and kids area. Two full baths, outside dining area and a screened in lower deck with refrigerator, ceiling fan and hammock for relaxing.

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

This gem of a home is the perfect place to unwind and have a bonfire after exploring the Pigeon River State Forest. Whether you are an avid outdoors person or a newbie the Pigeon has something for everyone. An abundance of wildlife, hiking trails, lakes, and rivers await you. While feeling secluded is the goal, we are only an 8 minute drive to Vanderbilt. Here you can find gas, quick supplies from Family Dollar, or even a bite to eat at one of our 3 restaurants.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

The Guest House

Welcome to the Guest House, come and enjoy our charming Alpine Village, walk to our lively downtown, and enjoy our beautiful Up North Community. The Guest House is located on Main Street, within walking distance of Downtown, and just around the corner from multiple golfing and skiing resorts. The home features 2 bedrooms, with a great room off the dining room. Sleeps 8 comfortably, enjoy your stay while you play and explore Northern Michigan.

One room rustic cabin with private bath Sleeps 4 max comfortably. Small refrigerator, coffee pot ,toaster oven/air-fryer, outdoor firepit, and outdoor propane grill. Overlooking small pond. We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.
