Remodeled 1928 Guesthouse with a Pool in Five Points

Climb a ladder to a secret loft in a dreamy white-on-white room and get the feeling of sleeping in a cloud. There's plenty of space to spread out on polished white floors, including a full kitchen and dining table big enough for entertaining guests. The home is permitted via Nashville Metro permit # 2/0/1/8/0/0/3/8/4/2 House has access to salt water pool from April - October. The pool is heated April - May and September - October. Relax by the pool and soak up the Nashville sun. The cottage is minimally furnished with locally sourced furniture and filled with one of a kind art I've collected from my travels. Fully equipped kitchen with small balcony overlooking pool. Open Studio feel, with vaulted ceilings, with a handmade wooden ladder leading to the Queen Loft Space. One King Size bed with one Queen size bed in the loft space. Sofa is also cozy and great for sleeping. All bedding provided. One full sized shower and bathroom with an old vintage trough sink. The ceilings are vaulted with thoughtful wood working throughout. This gives the space a very relaxing, romantic feel. You can utilize the kitchen to cook for yourselves. Turnip Truck, our local grocery, is within walking distance or you can rent bicycles on 10th street and cycle down. Don't forget to stop at our local wine store, Woodland Wine, for some amazing vino to go with your meal. You can also walk to other wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't feel like cooking. After dinner make sure to stroll around our charming neighborhood filled with beautifully restored homes and shops. It's as if you stepped out of a different time period. East Nashville has become a local gathering place for artists, restauranteurs, and neighborhood families. It is a wonderful, eclectic neighborhood filled with heart and personality. Our cottage is within walking distance of many of the local hot spots. East Nashville has been featured as a culinary and style destination by the likes of GQ, The New York Times, and Travel and Leisure. The cottage is very close walking vicinity (5 min) to: Barista Parlour Marche/Margot Edley's BBQ PRB Butcher Bar 308 Five Spot (Incredible Intimate Venue) Crying Wolf Bar Tree House Lockland Table Dino's Public House Atta Boy I Dream of Weenie Five Points Pizza Burger Up Basement East (Local Venue, Great music) Woodland Wine Shop Turnip Truck We are within a mile from: Two Ten Jack Jeni's Ice Cream Eastland Cafe Rosepepper Cantina Wild Cow Vegetarian Pharmacy Burger Mas Tacos Back Alley and street parking. Fenced in back yard. Explore and fall in the love with Nashville like we did when we moved here four years ago! It is a beautiful city: filled with romance, honky tonk's, one of kind music, and delicious food. Guest access Guests will have house to themselves. My family does use the pool as well in the summer however we will be respectful when guests are in the cottage. You can access the cottage from the back alley and park behind the house. You access the cottage from the gate. I like to give guests space....however am available if they need anything. Walk to bars and restaurants, and rent a bike to tour nearby Shelby Park. Lots of Uber’s and Lyft’s available in the neighborhood.

Freshly Renovated Artist Condo and Pool Minutes to Downtown

Hi! Thank you for your interest in our beautiful condo. We have multiple listings on Airbnb and are very proud to be Airbnb Super Hosts and our 5-star rating! We LOVE hosting people and helping them plan their best possible Nashville experience. If you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know! We will be happy to provide our concierge services to make your trip even extra special and super easy! We can provide grocery shopping and pantry stocking for you before you and your guests arrive, bottles of wine, champagne, liquor, flowers, balloons, cards, party decor etc.- you name it, we can provide it for you! Our second-story (top floor) studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation! A hand-made wood glowing wall, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us! Extremely comfortable queen size bed and a couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day. Clean and comfortable bathroom! Pool access during the warm months! There is plenty of free parking at the condo and a very nice pool area. Private entry to the unit with keypad. We have lived here for over 25 years and know pretty much everything about this town. We are super available and are excited to be the best hosts ever. We are flexible and friendly and can be as available as you want us to be. The studio is walking distance to 12South and Melrose. It's just minutes to Hillsboro Village, the Gulch, and Downtown. Find great food one minute from the door. And there's a liquor store right next door. Nashville is very easy to get around...though mass transit isn't exactly our 'thing', yet! Lyft and Uber is everywhere and you can easily rent bikes at one of the many bike rental stations scattered around town. we are close to everything! Check in at 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am At the front door, enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can't access the condo, please call and we will assist you. We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets.

Newly renovated studio! Our 'bnb used to be a 50's motel that was converted to condos. A little bit of nostalgia, only 2.5 miles to Broadway and 15 minutes from airport. It has a hip 50's retro vibe, walkable to Hattie B's Hot Chicken and some of Nashville's best restaurants and bars. Recent renters have written "What a view!," "far enough away to feel like a vacation but close enough to downtown sites," "Everything you could need is here!," "exceptionally clean," "The view was spectacular!," and "The outdoor space and pool are fantastic."
