Residential area close to all shops. I do not accept any form of party! I offer an optional "ROMANCE PACKAGE" who comes with petals of roses, candles placed on a heart shape on the bed and a good bottle of champagne to SURPRISE your love one!

Located on the ground floor (easy acces), the appartement is composed by a full equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room with a confortable and qualitative new sofa bed, a dining area, a separated room with quality bedding (150 cm), a bathroom with washer and dryer machine, many closets.

Localisé à la bordure du 7ème arrondissement de Paris, le petit appartement de 40m2 se trouve en plein coeur de la capitale à proximité de lieux touristiques de la ville avec la Tour Eiffel à environ une demie-heure à pied. Vous trouverez de multiples commerces, restaurants, boutiques dans les environs, et le lieu est bien accessible par voie de transports (lignes de bus etmétro à moins de 2/3 mins à pied, parking Vélib à proximité du métro), dont la Gare Montparnasse à seulement 15 mins.

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it , a charge of 50 € will be payed for all the stay.
