Al primo piano con ingresso indipendente trilocale: camera matrimoniale, zona living separata arredata con due divani trasformabili in confortevoli letti e cucina. Balconcino affacciato sul cortile interno per momenti relax.

Ampio ingresso, cucina abitabile, salotto e sala da pranzo con accesso al terrazzo con meravigliosa vista panoramica, 2 grandi camere da letto, 1 bagno e un balcone anche sul retro. Un ambiente curato, organizzato e molto confortevole, ideale per accogliere una famiglia o un gruppo di amici, fino a 5 persone, anche per soggiorni lunghi.

Al centro di Dagnente, minuscola frazione di Arona, sulle colline del Vergante, il lago di fronte e alle spalle i boschi e le montagne, si trova l'Asilo Infantile don Luigi Bellotti. Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.
