The property is situated in a quiet residential area, but within only 5 minutes walk (600 meters) one can be at the beach (Varkiza Resort) or shops for the necessary supplies. You can choose between spending a night out at a bar or restaurant by the sea or a quiet evening under the mulberry trees.
