Newly renovated, four season home with a large private lot on Seneca Lake, the jewel of the Finger Lakes. Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

The Getaway Lake Escape is a cozy cottage along the scenic Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail, offering seasonal lake views and mature gardens. Fully equipped with all the essentials, it's just a short drive to wineries, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Located in a quiet, private community with shared lake access just a 2-minute walk away—perfect for swimming and unwinding. Relax in the year-round hot tub with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage after a day of exploring.

Lake access, fully furnished in a quiet, walkable, neighborhood. Utilities included! Close to wine country, breweries and cideries, Bristol Mountain skiing, downtown shopping, restaurants, and less than 30 min. to Roch. Enjoy CMAC which is walkable, or the NYS Wine Ctr. A great walking and biking area with easy access to the City Pier and great sunsets from the front porch or sunrises from the back deck! The host has tremendous knowledge of the FLX area and will answer any questions!

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Captain Frank's Lakeside Get Away

Simply kick back and relax in the cutest lakeside cottage on Honeoye Lake! You can see large mouth bass swimming right by the shoreline. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.
