This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

In scenic Mörtnäs is guesthouse with 2 rooms and bathroom, hob, fridge / freezer and micro. 100 meters to the sea and nature reserve with the forest around the corner.A short walk away is Grisslinge beach with a bakery and restaurant. Shopping center in Mölnvik 1.5 km away has everything to offer. A 10-minute walk takes you to the bus to Slussen in just over 20 minutes. Own outdoor grill and possibility for breakfast packages.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Nybyggt gästhus med två sovrum i lantlig miljö. Vackert omgivet av skog och fält. Stor och frodig trädgård med möjlighet till spel och lek. Promenadavstånd till hav och sjö med tre trevliga badplatser lämpliga för barn. Närhet till både Stockholm och skärgård, 25-30 minuter till Stockholm city med bil eller buss från Gustavsberg. Bäst reser du med egen bil. Cyklar finns. Passar även för längre vistelse, det finns arbetsyta och snabbt Wi-Fi så det går bra att jobba "hemifrån". Tvättmaskin.

20kvm lägenhet i naturskönt område, nära hav och natur. Ni har en liten uteplats att nyttja , 3min till bad & hav. En härlig promenad längs vattnet eller genom skogen , området erbjuder också populära cykelvägar. En parkering ingår. Nära till Gustavsberg där ni finner café, restauranger, shopping och aktiviteter. Lägenheten har en 160 dubbelsäng , matgrupp, kök, TV & en bäddsoffa. Badrum med tvättmaskin. Lägenheten ligger i anslutning till vårt bostadshus. Varmt välkomna med frågor!

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

The Archipelago Cottage, on the island of Älgö

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Please read more about routines on, House rules. Not recommended for families with children unable to swim because of the deep water.

Located between Stockholm city and its beautiful archipelago. Right by the sea. Close to local shops and restaurants. Cottage built 2016. Comfy King size doublebed, two beds on a cozy loft. Wifi. De luxe bathroom w shower, WC, zink and Heated floor. Large flat screen cable-TV. Fridge, Water boiler, Coffee Press, Cutlery, Glasses, Mugs etc. Please note: NO FULL Kitchen.. but a Chef Plus Microw/oven. Also, in season, an outdoor grill, seating chairs & a table.

Charmig gäststuga på Norra Lagnö

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas nära havet. Norra Lagnö ligger endast 20 min bilresa från slussen och 5 min bilresa från Gustavsberg där du finner coop, systembolag etc. Observera att badrum och tvättmaskin finns 10 m bort i källarplanet till huvudbyggnaden (vilket hyresgästen har ensam tillgång till). SUP brädor ingår om man vill ge sig ut på vattnet, samt möjlighet att låna cyklar. Om du kommer med båt finns båtplats. Välkommen!
