The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) featuring memory foam mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a work corner with a desk, an armchair, and a 40'' LED TV. It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è arredata in stile etnico, con un grande letto matrimoniale (200 x 160 cm) con materassi memory foam, una cassettiera e 2 armadi, 2 comode poltrone, un'ampia scrivania in cuoio e un televisore LED 40''. Annesso alla stanza c'è un bagno privato con lavabo in pietra, doccia e sanitari.

Our B&B has various rooms. Each room has its own private bathroom for exclusive use. We always offer breakfast to guests. We are located in a historic building, on the fourth floor without a lift. In each room guests will find sheets, towels, toiletries, wi-fi and air conditioning. Being located in the heart of Rome, traffic noise is a normal condition common to all accommodations in the center. The room is equipped with double-glazed windows that greatly help with soundproofing, but when the window is open, the sound of the lively Roman traffic can be heard.

Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato adiacente alla stanza. La camera dispone di arredamenti nuovi,riscaldamento,balconcino,TV,frigobar e wi-fi,contornato da ammirevoli e caratteristici pavimenti originali a veneziana e soffitti in travi di gesso tipici delle case romane di un tempo.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
