Une baignade comme tous les sports nautiques (contre contribution wakeboard, wakesurf, ski nautique) vous attendent au sortir de votre lit . Situé au coeur du patrimoine de l'UNESCO, des promenades dans les terrasses viticoles du Lavaux sont à votre porte ou se découvrent depuis les superbes bateaux à vapeur qui sillonnent le lac, sans oublier le petit verre de vin !

Les libellules

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Idéal pour une famille avec enfants ou pour des couples d'amis. 1 place de parking à disposition. Possibilité d'organiser des dégustations de vins directement sur place au Domaine de la Crausaz.

Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.
