Här kan du sitta ner i lugn och ro på verandan eller gå ner och ta ett svalkande dopp i sjön. Stugan ligger i ett perfekt sydvästvänt läge mot den fina badsjön Maren. På andra sidan ligger en allmän sandstrand. För den fiskeintresserade finns både gädda och abborre i sjön och det finns tillgång till roddbåt. Välkommen! Slappna av och njut den underbara utsikten över klippor, skog och hav ända till utkanten av Stockholm. Mellan träd, buskar och berg hittar du huvudbyggnaden samt två gäststugor där solen skiner hela dagen. En pool och en bastu bjuder på avkoppling under semestervardagen. Via en stig når man en liten sandstrand vid havet på 7 minuter. I närheten finns även en sjö som passar utmärkt till en simtur, en fotbollsplan, möjlighet att boka Tennis och Paddle samt en butik för dagligvaror.

Intill havet med egen havsbadbrygga. Utsikten är enastående, havsutsikt väst, norr och öst. Huset är byggt maj 2023. Nära till vacker natur, bad, brygga för Waxholmsfärjorna och golf. I närområdet finns bad- & barnvänliga sjöar med sandstrand, Yasuragi, Skepparholmen, Långa Raden. En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

Private patio immersed in lilac where you can enjoy a barbecue or just smell the flowers. Easily accessible by bus or boat from Stockholm, or 35 mins by car. Parking space for two cars. Small but well stocked grocery store is just five minutes away by foot. In the same time, you can also reach the refreshing water of the Baltic sea.

In idyllic Vikingshill with lush gardens, costal bays and swimming lakes, you find our snug house 20 km from Stockholm City. You will find nature reserves nearby. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house was built 2018. In the house you will be between two different bays. From the house it is only 100 meters to the sea. Enjoy!!
