La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Villetta a schiera appena ristrutturata, a Torre del lago a 1 km dal mare e 2 km dal lago di Massaciuccoli. Composto al piano terra da cucina e soggiorno (con divano letto), al primo piano da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, una cameretta (con letto a castello) e balcone. Locale lavanderia esterno con bagno. A disposizione gratuita 3 bici (2 adulto 1 bambino), barbecue. Parcheggio interno per moto. Giardino su tre lati. I LOCALI SONO ACCURATAMENTE PULITI ANCHE MEDIANTE PRODOTTI DISINFETTANTI.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.
