Huset ligger på en rolig lukket vej, er i 70'er style på 100m2 indrettet med en blanding af stilfuld 70'er og moderne møbler. Bryggers, åben køkken med bar, loungestue, spiseområdet, 3 soveværelser og badeværelse med karbad. Masser af udendørsplads til at grille, hygge, leje og spille bold. Billederne taler for sig selv.

Very centrally-located place. Grocery shopping is also with in walking distance plus there are 3 small pizza restaurants and a local pub. Trains & Buses to Copenhagen and the North coast are only a 5 min walk away. District towns, such as Gilleleje with a beach and a harbour with a cozy atmosphere. Larger towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør both with historical castles and shopping . If you would like a nice day trip it is possible to take the ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg in Sweden.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Ingår: Fri parkering, WiFi, sängkläder, handdukar, städning samt tillgång till kök, tvättmaskin, TV, trädgård, uteplats och altan. Bo nära hav, strand, hamn och vackra kustvägar- med mysiga restauranger och caféer. Det är lätt att ta sig runt på alla sätt. Jag bor avskilt i huset och finns tillgänglig vid behov.
