Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Relax with your family and friends at our new stone beach house. Two bedroom with amazingly comfortable beds. Full kitchen and dining area with cozy couch, where you can enjoy cozy evenings all year round. Our outdoor kitchenette and dining area is perfect for your summer stay at Mike's Place. Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

The Oceanis cottage house sits on a hill overlooking the pelagic south of the village of Koumeika, a stone-built newly built farmhouse set in a 15-acre olive grove on top of a hill overlooking the southern Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. The house because of its surroundings is suitable for agrotourism.
