Ima prostrano dvorište (2000 m²), opremljenu kuhinju i kupatilo, Wi-Fi, grejanje, pribor za kuvanje i higijenu. Tu su i zidani roštilj, letnjikovac i terasa, kao i ograđeni parking. U blizini su Palić, Akvapark Palić i Zoološki vrt Palić. Idealna je za odmor u prirodi, opuštanje i uživanje u blizini turističkih atrakcija.
