Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Park your car here and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here... This little cottage (20 m2) has everything you need for a perfect holiday and more!

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Das Haus liegt in erster Reihe am Strand, verfügt über einen großen Garten und die Terrasse des Appartments bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Im selben Haus gibt es 2 weitere Apartments, die man eventuell auf Anfrage dazu buchen kann. Nötige Infrastrukturen wie Supermärkte, Bankomat oder Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Zum Preis der Übernachtung wird eine Kurtaxe von 1,50€/Person/Nacht berechnet.
