Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

The apartment has a private entrance, a kitchenette, separate toilet and bathroom, with bath, shower, toilet and double washbasin. There are two spacious suites with double boxspring, sitting area and breakfast bar. TV and free WiFi are available. Rental is always exclusive and gives a maximum of privacy. The cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are at 15-20 minutes distance.

Ook uw hond is van harte welkom, wij vragen daarvoor 10 euro per nacht.

In a unique location in the center of Zaandam, just 25 minutes from Amsterdam, you'll find Joan's B&B. A charming house we built in our spacious backyard in 2017. In Zaandam, a tourist tax of €3 per person per night is charged. This will be settled with the deposit (€ 100,-) upon departure.
