Located in touristic countryside 10 km north of Utrecht and 25 km south of Amsterdam; ideal for city-trip, cycling, boating, relaxing!

Gastehuisie Lekker Slaap ligt gelegen naast het grootste loofbomenbos van Europa. Zeer waterrijke omgeving 4-5 km (Veluwemeer en Wolderwijd) voor een tal van watersporten. Op het park kunt u genieten van een zwembad en tennisbaan. Ook is er mogelijkheid om mooie fietsroutes te fietsen of te kanoën. Dit kunt u huren op het park bij nummer 25-6. Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

Daarnaast airco aanwezig en een prachtige sfeerhaard die zowel van binnen als buiten te zien is. Walibi terrein op fietsafstand.

Our 3 floor house is a spacious, comfortable and very bright house surrounded by water, in the middle of nature reserve with lots of privacy. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.

U verblijft in een voormalige smederij uit +-1870 in een mooie, historische en zeer rustige omgeving. Deze "Smidse" is omgebouwd tot een moderne, gezellige, zeer complete en ruim opgezette woning. Uitermate geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor diverse natuurlijke of sportieve uitstapjes, of als uw 'thuis weg van huis' wanneer u tijdelijk een 2e onderkomen nodig heeft. Buiten is een bescheiden terras met uitzicht op een oude, onbewoonde pastorie. Heerlijk rustig!
