L'appartamento è un loft con travatura a vista, composto da ingresso, angolo cottura, bagno, zona giorno verandata con divano letto matrimoniale, zona soppalcata con letto matrimoniale. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario: riscaldamento autonomo, frigo, TV, microonde, lavatrice, phon, aria condizionata, WiFi, lettino per bebè

Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

Strada Nova is the most important street, with many shops, pubs, supermarket and convenience stores. The apartment is a ground floor loft, divided in night and day areas, very silent and with a beautiful sight on a private garden.

Lo spazio esterno é attrezzato con tavolino, sedie, lettini da spiaggia e una (seconda) doccia funzionante. Sarà un soggiorno indimenticabile a Venezia centro storico 🥰

Accogliente e romantico Loft open space nel cuore di Venezia perfetto per due persone. Un zona salotto zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata e grande finestra .Una camera con un grande letto e due finestre un bagno con doccia e finestra. Il loft si trova nella zona centrale di Castello a due passi da supermercati ristoranti e negozi per tutte le necessità. Un punto di partenza perfetto per visitare Venezia e la Biennale .Il Loft si trova al piano terra molto pratico per ogni accessibiltà.

Loft finemente arredato in ogni dettaglio e impreziosito da travi in legno a soffitto che donano al contesto un'atmosfera molto accogliente ed elegante. Ben accessoriato e silenzioso, potrete assaporare la bellezza di Venezia sentendovi un po' Veneziani ma al tempo stesso vivendo a pochi passi da ogni comodità quali negozi, cafés, supermercati e punti di maggior interesse quali la Chiesa della Madonna dell Orto, Ca d Oro, il Ponte di Rialto a dieci minuti a piedi e tanto altro..
