A Uniquely Beautiful Modern Studio in Santa Monica

A unique and modern studio located in the heart of Santa Monica, California! We are locator 1.5 miles from Santa Monica and Venice beaches with trendy shopping and restaurant destinations nearby! The studio is newly renovated with its own separate/private entrance, an updated kitchen, mini refrigerator, TV, WIFI, a Queen size bed, an extra fold-out/futon bed, shower, closet, luggage storing space, and more. The Studio is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of street parking.

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.
