L'appartamento è un loft con travatura a vista, composto da ingresso, angolo cottura, bagno, zona giorno verandata con divano letto matrimoniale, zona soppalcata con letto matrimoniale. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario: riscaldamento autonomo, frigo, TV, microonde, lavatrice, phon, aria condizionata, WiFi, lettino per bebè

Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

Ideale per disconnettersi dalla città frenetica A soli 13 min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia, o con traghetto fermata Ca’ d’Oro linea 1 Con forti piogge e marea alta, l’ingresso del condominio può allagarsi di alcuni centimetri. Si consigliano calzature impermeabili.

J'Adore - comfy mini-loft with rooftop terrace

Mini loft sopra il tetto della Chiesa di San Simeon Piccolo. Posizione unica. Un ingresso molto singolare per salire al quarto e ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un edificio storico in posizione strategica. Il loft dispone di una ampia altana (terrazza) panoramica sopra i tetti, con accesso diretto e uso esclusivo. Lo spazio esterno é attrezzato con tavolino, sedie, lettini da spiaggia e una (seconda) doccia funzionante. Sarà un soggiorno indimenticabile a Venezia centro storico 🥰

Loft finemente arredato in ogni dettaglio e impreziosito da travi in legno a soffitto che donano al contesto un'atmosfera molto accogliente ed elegante. Ben accessoriato e silenzioso, potrete assaporare la bellezza di Venezia sentendovi un po' Veneziani ma al tempo stesso vivendo a pochi passi da ogni comodità quali negozi, cafés, supermercati e punti di maggior interesse quali la Chiesa della Madonna dell Orto, Ca d Oro, il Ponte di Rialto a dieci minuti a piedi e tanto altro..

Piazza San Marco is about 20 minutes on foot. the area is one of the art and architecture Biennale. A corner of Venice as living as a once in a calm and real Venetian atmosphere.

At only 25 meters from the Gran Canal and from vaporetto's stops, a whimsical, light filled loft awaits you. This cozy space overlooks a garden, and has a small terrace on the rooves of Venice. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. The apartment is scrupulously cleaned, disinfected and sanitized with ozone.
