This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

Kingtown Manor Haus

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.

Located in Auburn's historic district and a 1-min. drive from Wegmans. From here you can easily access downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions by foot.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The Barn Manor | Stylish Barndominium Near Ithaca

Experience luxury at Barn Manor, a converted barn surrounded by fields and forests. Relax in a jetted tub with heated floors, enjoy fireside evenings, and admire custom woodwork, marble accents, indoor hammock and unique windows. Both levels are open floor plans: the first floor has a queen bed, full kitchen, living space, and bathroom; upstairs offers a king bed with Casper mattress, queen futon, and optional fold-out twin. Clean, comfortable, private guest suite with separate entry perfect for couples, friends or solo adventurists. Our house is located directly across from the Hobart and William Smith athletic fields, a short walk to main campus and Bristol Field House. Perfect for visiting parents! Half mile to Geneva's vibrant downtown with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars (10 minute walk, 2 minute drive). 1 mile to gorgeous Seneca Lake, walking trails and Finger Lakes Welcome Center.

Tree-Lined Studio in the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Come relax and explore the Ithaca area and natural beauty of the Finger Lakes! The studio is centrally located between Ithaca and wine-trail attractions, directly in the middle between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. You will be near the Finger Lakes National Forest and numerous state parks with trails, waterfalls and swimming. Our property is in a beautiful wooded setting, with a porch in the trees for relaxing.

Becker's Private Studio

We are 5 miles south of Auburn. The Harriett Tubman home is nearby and we are near wine country. We have cereal, milk and juice available as well as coffee and tea. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.
