This modern home is located in a quiet street and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer. Features include: a private courtyard where you can relax the day away, an outdoor entertaining area, open plan lounge and dining, with TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning, modern well laid out kitchen including, fridge and dishwasher, free WiFi throughout, master bedroom has a large King bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single King beds, family bathroom, laundry and remote control single garage. This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes. No smoking policy Pets considered-outdoors only Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. There is a cleaning fee of $55 and a linen fee of $55 and the total of $110 is charged to you. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
