Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Modern 2 bedroom house 5 minutes from the beach

A spacious & modern 2 bedroom house situated in Lake (between Sandown & Shanklin). Take a 5 minute walk down the path to the sandy beach & promenade which links Sandown to Shanklin. There you will find a friendly cafe and public toilets so you can spend the whole day on the beach. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Located near the Beaulieu river, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and enjoy life in the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Beaulieu, you can walk to Monty's Inn nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may see donkeys walking along the High Street! Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.

India Cottage is all ready for winter, with full central heating and the lounge wood burning stove the cottage will be cosy whatever the weather outside. With private-off street parking, with EV charger, the cottage is just two minutes’ walk from Ventnor's town centre and under ten to the beach and coast path. Tastefully refurbished and fully equipped, the cottage boasts a terraced garden, with stunning views over Ventnor Bay and the Victorian townscape. An ideal base to explore from.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

The Cabin - Freshwater Bay

This coastal retreat is tucked along a private lane opposite Freshwater Bay - you can stay without relying on a car as the bus stop is on the doorstep. There are so many simple delights: sea swims, beach BBQ's, dramatic coastal walks, explore caves, discover rockpools, crabbing, fishing, hire a SUP, or a nature walk through the marsh – even a round of golf! The Cabin offers a relaxed base to explore the many charms of the island. Perfect for a romantic break or a week with the kids.

Our beautiful spacious apartment in Hambrough Road has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It is perfect for a short break or for longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!
