Genuine Waterfront Mediterranean home in Villa between Rome and Naples, Lounge panoramic garden whit stunning seaview, Relax, family, holidays in warm weather. Comfortable access to the near sandy Serapo Beach, water not deep is perfect for snorkeling, kids. The house felt like an Oasi of quiet and calm after a day in the near city. Walk by cafè, clubs, grocery, Spa; discover the place like local and near SPERLONGA CLIMB.

Casa Rosa - Vicoli Saraceni

Bilocale immerso nella tranquillita' dei vicoli saraceni, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Forio e 10 minuti dalla magnifica spiaggia di Cava dell'isola, 15 minuti dalla spiaggia di Citara e dai giardini termali Poseidon. Esso e' completo di tutto ed e' ideale per una coppia che vuole rilassarsi ed avere tutte le comodita' a portata di mano. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

The house on the sea

In an enchanting area between bougainvillea and mediterranean olive trees is located a beautiful house 50 meters fromthe sea that can be reached on foot without having to take the boat or the car. The house consist of two bedrooms, kitchen, corridor, large bathroom and a large panoramic terrace. The house can accomodate up 6 people and is equiped wih air conditioning, hairdryer, free wifi, fan oven, stainless steel gas barbecue, led tv and a beautiful solarium.

Villa by the sea

Beautiful and old apartment by the sea. The beach is in fact at 10 meters from the old building, and the apartment is also surrounded by a marvellous garden where you find 2 of the 3 sleeping rooms. Enjoy a stay in the strategical area just near the shopping area, the beach and the marvellous Castello Aragonese. A walk is easy to the harbour and There is a parking place not included. Tassa di soggiorno 1 euro al giorno - esente dall’ottavo giorno.

Due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal mare. 800 metri dal centro storico di Forio. Fermata del Bus fuori all'ingresso. Aria condizionata; WiFi.
