Do not book with us if you are going to complain and hoping to get a free stay. Beautiful outdoor soaking tub. This original Topanga cabin complete with brick floors and a turret room which is used as a yoga and meditation loft. It is a rustic space and best for people who enjoy nature & camping. Miles of state park trails are directly off of your private back deck. And the best beaches in CA are just minutes away! If you are physically unable to light a fire in a fireplace, please do not book.

Great Silverstrand location 2 minute walk to the sand. Brand new master bath compliments this charming getaway. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with appliances including Keurig, toaster, blender, refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. Spacious living room with a comfortable family sized couch, chairs and 65” TV with many streaming channels. Large front deck with a fire table, and back yard with a BBQ and hot outdoor shower. 8 bikes, helmets and locks. Easy self check-in with a coded front door.

The B’s Hive French Cottage

This small, cozy cottage has been renovated and also has a hot tub, doggie wash & outdoor kitchen. Stylish décor provides a comfortable tranquil haven & perfect place to unwind in the hills of SoCal yet the neighborhood is rural-like. It is ideal for activities such as hiking and cycling, with trailhead just down the street. The stunning coastline is only about a 30-minute car ride away and many other attractions are within an hour. Relax on the breezeway, porch, or by the open fire pit. 🐝

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

STVR permit # 2374 Hurst cottage is under a mile from both the beach and downtown. It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)

Cottage In The Orchard

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

On Sundays, stroll to the Harbor Farmer’s Market for locally grown produce and food vendors. Perfect for beach days, harbor adventures, and a laid-back coastal getaway.

Business license #2223. After 2 guests I charge $13 extra each per night, per person, including infants. I also charge $78 per pet. I have a security camera in the front. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sleep sofa and an airbed. Relax and enjoy. Ventura has been voted one of the best places to vacation. There is an extra room with 2 twin beds, please ask me about that. Not a true bedroom.
