More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Pas de hausse de tarif pour 2025. Le logement est proche de la mer, des restaurants, des commerces, des plages. Il est neuf et indépendant du logement principal. Son confort: télé ,cuisine ,douche ,climatisation ,wifi (fibre) ,jardin , pergola et barbecue à gaz, piscine partagée et 2 vélos électriques à la location.
