The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Beautiful barn in rural idyll with hot tub

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Little House on the Roseland

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

Cosy Cornish Coastal Cottage near St Mawes

A pretty little cottage in the traditional Picturesque village of Veryan Green just a mile from the beautiful National Trust beaches of the Roseland Peninsular in Cornwall. Grade II listed, guests will have use of the whole cottage which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The cottage has rural views to fields behind, a wood burning stove, two bedrooms, a shower room, sitting room with log burning stove, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and dog friendly front and back garden.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

It has underfloor heating, woodburner and two luxurious outdoor baths from where you can lie back and watch the stars. it is only a 15-minute walk to pretty sandy beaches, delightful beach cafes and cosy traditional pubs. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Tig's Barn is a beautiful high quality newly converted detached barn near the Historic village of Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula. Open plan living with Heating, wood stove, shower room, stairs to mezzanine with king size bed and panoramic views. Outside area: private gated parking with EV charger ( charges apply) patio with BBQ and garden. Local beaches 10 minutes drive , centrally placed for Gardens and Attractions.
