The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Close to nature - with koalas in the trees across the road on Gambier St for much of the year.

We have a friendly dog, and a lush garden to relax in.
