Is in a 200+ yr old home. A real queen bed has replaced the airbed and a hand held shower has been added to the soaker tub. Has washer and dryer, dining area LR w/ pull out couch, a single super comfortable bed in the 2nd bedroom. A/C a full kitchen and bath. New F&S microwave. As is expected in a 200+ year home it has a couple of slants in the floors, but not bad for the age. It is a safe family neighbourhood The black bedroom much to my son's dismay has been painted out white and renovated!

The suite has a dream coffee bar with excellent coffee and tea choices as well as other hot beverages too. You will also be delighted with fresh that morning seasonal muffins that I make and forage the fruit for! You also have your own private deck and entrance with a table and umbrella! As a guest you have full access to the fire pit with wood included! NO MICROWAVE.
