Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Welcome to our 1905 home in downtown Victoria. Enjoy a king master bedroom and two queen bedrooms, all with very comfortable mattresses. Relax in the spacious living room, play board games in the game room. The balcony off the master bedroom, with street views is perfect for nighttime conversations and hangouts. Your stay supports the preservation of this historic 1905 Victorian home and contributes to the local community. The house has new siding, windows and insulation done in 2025.

Cabin on the Guadalupe River

Come stay for a relaxing getaway! This cabin is only 100 feet away from the Guadalupe River, with a beautiful deck to watch the river and many birds among other wildlife. The cabin is hotel room sized, with one bathroom and a small kitchen in the corner. The cabin is elevated on stilts, so there are stairs at the entrance and off the back deck. Good access to river, with a small deck where you can launch a kayak or canoe. Bring your water shoes and fishing poles too!

Entire House - Relax and Ride at Grace Ranch

This home is on a working horse ranch. Grace Ranch is the place to go to for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. A visit to this little piece of paradise will give you the opportunity to unwind from the busy-ness of life while having the barn and horses right across the pasture.
