(Insomniac: $800/2 or $900/3 up to 8 guests) Rustic-elegance. New paint. Private front entrance, porch, living/dining room, bedroom w/queen size bed, & full bath. Attached but private & sealed off from the main house. NO KITCHEN and NO RESTAURANT. Self-serve/complementary coffee & tea bar with 1st day breakfast pastry. Snack center for purchases. Microwave, toaster, refrigerator, k-cup coffee, hot-water kettle. Air mattresses with bedding provided by request, with 3 or more paid guests.

Enjoy home away from home! This home is built for peaceful living, with an open floor plan. Very large sofa for group seating, fully stocked with board games, books and novels, an array of children's toys, as well as a large kitchen with appliances, cookware, bakeware, etc. Beds are furnished with lush bedding. This corner lot of a cul-de-sac overlooks Horseshoe Lake off in the distance. Lots of curb parking as well as driveway and garage parking. Dining seats up to 8, plus bar seating.
