Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Ultra conveniently located smack dab in the center of the action, yet offering as much privacy and quiet as you'll want-being the second to last house on a dead end street. Easy walking distance to the midway, the canal to toss a line in, "what's the scoop?" for some ice cream, all the restaurants Sylvan Beach has to offer and of course, the beach itself!

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.

Centrally located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Anyone traveling the Erie Canal Bike Trail, we are 2 blocks North of this route. Anyone snowmobiling, we have access to trail C7. Ride from your front door.
