Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

It’s ideal for up to two guests, whether you’re visiting for a relaxing getaway or a business trip. In addition to free tea and coffee, we also provide a simple, nutritious and delicious optional free breakfast for our guests, including eggs, dumplings, seasonal fruits, desserts, and etc. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available. Our home is located in LANGFORD, a 25-45 minute drive from downtown Victoria, British Columbia in the West Shore. Our comfortable suite is located on the ground floor of our home. Guests tell us it's a well-equipped and relaxing space. Located on a suburban street close to shopping and restaurants but A VEHICLE IS REQUIRED. Please Note: We are UNABLE to host guests with PETS and/or CHILDREN, including INFANTS.
