The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. This apartment was freshly renovated in 2025. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
