Totally independent apartment located on the ground floor of the house. On the upper floor live the owners but each enjoys its own entrance. Guests have private access and a private terrace. The accommodation is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only common areas are the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. However, the owners, very discreet, leave the access to the swimming pool in priority to the hosts. A fully equipped accommodation, ideal for family holidays in a quiet environment between sea and mountains, very close to Barcelona.The property has a large, beautifully planted garden with swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasol. You will have a private terrace full of beautiful bougainvilleas to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine and chat quietly over a drink. Access to the pool is direct from your terrace and can be closed by a gate for the safety of young children. Similarly, the stairway to the terrace can be closed by a grid. The living room is spacious and bright and is equipped with a large ceiling fan. The large master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with hydromassage shower, large closets, wardrobes and storage.The decoration is neat with especially beautiful paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped, as at home, to cook good meals in comfort. The house is located in Montcabrer district, the most popular of Cabrils for its flower-filled houses, its pine-lined streets, and close to all amenities. Everything is at your fingertips here including the traditional bakery Elias offering the best bread in the area and the tapas bar Espinaler very popular with locals where you can take "vermut", a typical aperitif of Barcelona accompanied by some tapas. You will be able to park your car easily in street, right in front of the house, in complete safety. The beaches of Cabrera and Vilassar are less than 5 minutes by car or bus whose stop is 400 m from the house. Barcelona and Sagrada Familia are only 30 minutes away by car. You can also get to Barcelona very easily by train from Vilassar; A bus will take you to Renfe Station from the stop near the accommodation. Beautiful walks in the mountains of Cabrils will make you discover a panoramic view of the Maresme and Barcelona. A short hike from the house to Burriac Castle on the heights of Cabrils / Cabrera will offer you a breathtaking view of the hinterland and Mataro. You will be able to appreciate the numerous excellent restaurants around; Cabrils is also called "the little gastronomic oasis of the Maresme".And of course, you will enjoy the famous "chiringuitos", restaurants on the beach with a holiday atmosphere par excellence. Historic Fisherman´s Cottage at the Beach for two. Private Garden, Roof Terrace.

Have lunch on a sunny terrace looking over gardens and terracotta-tiled roofs or dine in the little garden. Chat by a wood-burning stove in a handmade vintage kitchen. Built in 1900, the 2-story home boasts wooden shutters, oak and limestone floors, and a tasteful heritage palette. The little fisherman´s house has recently been renovated with lots of love, is part of a historic fisherman´s colony, national heritage and absolutely unique in the coast of Maresme, direct coast of Barcelona. Due to guidelines of Covid-19 the house is cleaned from top to bottom, so that my guests can feel safe The historic fisherman´s house has been refurbished faithfully, with a special emphasis on high quality materials: e.g. the ground floor is tiled with limestone, the bathroom with spanish cement tiles, the bedroom is equipped with oak parquet and lovingly refurbished antique or handmade furniture in the whole house and garden. On request there can be placed a baby bed for 30 Euros in total. purchasing possibilities, groceries, farmacies, restaurants and cafes within close proximity (450 ft/ 150 meters) To the beach approx. a 5 minutes walk, to the station 6 minutes. I certainly give advice and suggestions for retaurants, and worth seeing places. I live quite close, therefore you can contact me easily. Right in the center of Vilassar de Mar, the cottage is just minutes from cafes, restaurants, stores, and the beach. It’s an easy 35-minutes ride by railway into downtown Barcelona from the nearby train station. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. Also very nice for those who prefer nature and landscapes: Go hiking or biking in the enormous Serralada Natural Park. The railway connection to Barcelona is perfect. After 35 minutes you directly get off at Plaza Catalunya, the heart of Barcelona. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. For the winter months we offer a special price for a 4 week-stay, free choice between January 8 and March 31, for 1500 Euro in total. The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home
