Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Saun, mullivann (lisatasu eest), ideaalne peredele ja sõpradele! Ainult 700m kaugusel Ugala teatrist ja 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi vanalinnast ja ordulinnusest ootab sind 260 m² suurune privaatne maja, mahutab kuni 11 inimest – 4 magamistuba, 2 elutuba (sh avar 80m² elutuba koos täisvarustuses köögiga) loovad mugava olemise nii peredele kui ka väiksematele sõpruskondadele. Naudi puuküttega sauna, 36°C kuuma mullivanni ning suurt õueala koos grillimisvõimaluse ja terrassiga.

Hubane ja valgusküllane 58 m² korter asub rongijaamast vaid 7- ja kesklinnast 15-min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Avarad aknad, lopsakad taimed ja looduslikud seinavärvid loovad mõnusa atmosfääri. Magamistoas on suur mugav voodi, töölaud, suur peegel ja treeningvahendid. Elutoas on teler, helisüsteem, diivan ja teine lahtikäiv diivan. Köögis on olemas kõik tarvilik koduse õhtusöögi ja hommikukohvi valmistamiseks, toidupood asub üle tee. Köögiaknast saab imetleda linna parimat päikeseloojangut.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Järvevaatega korter Viljandis

See 2-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on kokku 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 3 külalist (1 lahtikäiv lisavoodi). Parkimine hoovis tasuta. Koduloomad on oodatud.

Majutuskoht on värskelt renoveeritud ja kaasaegselt sisustatud. Külastajate kasutuses on täisvarustuses köök, avar elutuba ühendatud söögitoaga, magamistuba kahe laia voodiga ning saun (lisatasu eest). Sauna kasutus on lisatasu eest 50€/3h. Võimalik on kasutada ka pesumasinat. Aega saab veeta avaras aias, kus on nii grillimisvõimalus kui ka ka kiiged lastele. Selles suurepärases kohas on palju ruumi kogu perele.

The fully equipped apartment is located in a newly built house in close proximity to Lake Viljandi. It is a great place to stay in a quiet area. The apartment is tastefully and elegantly furnished, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. A swimming spot is just a few hundred meters away, and within a 10-minute walk, you'll find tennis and padel courts, children's playgrounds, and the beach.
