Eraldi sissepääsuga kahene tuba koos köögi, söögitoa ja vannitoaga asub Villa 1 korrusel. Hilda Villa avati 2007.a. aastal peale 1937.a. ehitatud hoone täielikku renoveerimist. Maja ehitas Hilda tädi, kelle nime järgi on Villa nime saanud ning täna haldab Villat Hilda vennapoja tütar Piret. Majas on säilinud Hilda'le kuulunud mööbel, kuid on ka uuemat sisustust.Selles ruumikas ja rahulikus kohas saad kõik mured unustada.
