Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Consta de 4 habitaciones: La suite equipada con cama de matrimonio desde la que puedes ver el mar. Hay otras tres habitaciones, una con una cama de matrimonio 135 cm y otras dos habitaciones con dos camas de 90cm cada una. La ubicación es excelente, está en el centro del pueblo y acceso directo a la playa. Cuenta con 2 baños, garaje y aire acondicionado.

The private parking, high speed internet, satellite TV, electricity and other apartment services are included in the rental.

Dispone de 1 habitación principal con cama de matrimonio, baño, cocina y salón con sofá cama de apertura italiana. Todo el apartamento dispone de tarima flotante. La joya principal es su terraza, donde podréis disfrutar de maravillosos momentos, con vistas a las montañas de Aitana y Aixortà, y al fondo el pico de Bernia y el mar, Esperamos que os encante.

El apartamento se encuentra en una vivienda familiar al lado del Restaurante La Bruschetta, a 2 km del pintoresco pueblo de Altea y a 500m de la playa de La Olla (andando hay que cruzar la Nacional sin paso de peatones). Dispone de wifi y aparcamiento gratuito.

It has a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and sea, perfect for a quick trip to the beach. It’s only 200 meters from the old town and 600 meters from the beach. Easy to park outside for free.
