It is 45min to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and the Great Sand Dunes.

Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We also have a propane grill for you to use.
